Price Match
In the event that a qualifying item is found at an authorized Transcend CPAP dealer, a price match will be issued upon review and confirmation by Transcend. This price match is only eligible on new CPAP purchases.

30-Day Risk-Free Trial
Transcend offers a 30-Day Risk-Free trial that is intended to provide our customers with an opportunity to try a Transcend device in-home for up to 30 days.

The terms of this offer are as follows:

• This offer is available for the Transcend Micro, Transcend 3 and Transcend 365 purchased through our website or with a Transcend sales representative.
• This offer is limited to cash purchases only. It does not apply to Transcend devices reimbursed through insurance.
• If a return is requested, Transcend will issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number for tracking purposes. The RMA number must be included with any returned product and written on the outside of the shipping box. If the product is returned without this number, Transcend reserves the right to decline the package and it will be returned to you. This may void the opportunity to return the products under the 30-day trial period.
• Product must be received by Transcend within 10 days of the return claim.
• All products must be returned in original packaging and free from any defects for a full refund to be issued.
• If returned materials are damaged or are missing parts, it will be at the sole discretion of Transcend to issue a refund, partial refund or to return the product to the customer at the customer’s expense.
• Any refund to the customer will be issued within 10 business days of Transcend receiving and inspecting the product.
• This offer is available only for orders shipped within the continental U.S.
